How We Deliver Products:

The products available at jeremywhaley.com are digital in nature.  We offer courses, memberships, and coaching bundles, all of which are delivered 100% via our website or personal contact. 

Courses:

Courses are delivered via our website in the membership area. Immediately after purchase, you should receive an email confirmation and login details. Go to the login page and put in your credentials where you should find access to your course. In most cases, when you purchase a course through jeremywhaley.com you receive access to this course for the lifetime of the product.  This means as long as we offer that course and as long as we continue to make it available to the public, you will continue to have access rights to the course. Rarely do we completely remove courses, though course title and content may be updated from time to time. If you feel you should have access to a course and can not find it in your membership area please reach out for support. 

Memberships:

Memberships are delivered via our website in the membership area. Immediately after purchase, you should receive an email confirmation and login details. Go to the login page and put in your credentials where you should find access to your membership and associated content or access rights. Membership access rights are limited to time you have paid for the membership. If you pay monthly, you will receive 30 days access until your rebill date, at which point you will receive an additional 30 days with each rebill for the membership. If you pay an annual membership you will receive 365 days access until your next rebill date. If you cancel your membership your access rights will be blocked after the paid time has expired. You will not receive access to content after the period of your membership. If you feel you should have access to content as part of your membership and can not find it in your membership area please reach out for support

Coaching:

Private Coaching is an exclusive service provided by Jeremy Whaley through jeremywhaley.com. All coaching clients must be in contact with Jeremy Whaley before you enroll in coaching and complete an interview process to insure the coaching offering is a good fit for your needs. If accepted as a coaching client, payment is made in full up front, or on agreed upon terms. There is no physical product for coaching calls. Your calls will be delivered through either phone calls, or zoom meeting. Typically coaching sessions are held once a week for the terms of your coaching agreement.  Refunds are not typically applicable to coaching except for extreme circumstances. 

Cancellation policy:

If you have enrolled in a membership, cancellation may be made through the dashboard of your membership area or by reaching out for email support. Because we are a small organization we do not have direct phone support at this time.  

Shipping Policy:

Because our products are digital in nature, we do not offer shipping. 

Refund Policy:

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase - If you feel you are unhappy with any purchase from Jeremywhaley.com please reach out for support and we will find a way to make it right. Due to the nature of our digital products and pirating concerns, we rarely issue refunds but may do so on an individual case by case basis. When you reach out for support we will discuss why you are unhappy and what we can do to make sure you get served in a way that offers incredible value.
